Sometimes, the simplest things bring the most joy. On a rainy day, when the skies are grey and moods can feel a little gloomy, one of the best ways to relax is to let your imagination bloom and ‘just draw!’ 🎨✨

It’s incredible how a few colours and a blank sheet of paper can help children express themselves freely. Whether it’s a creative masterpiece or ‘just doodles,’ every line, shape, and swirl tells a story from their minds and hearts❤️

Where's the best place to shop during Harvest time? Look no further than the Farm Shop in our Ham preschool classroom!

Our little farmers had so much fun role-playing as both shoppers and sellers. From fresh seasonal veggies, fruit, to breakfast essentials like milk and oats, they stocked up and even used leaves as pretend money!🍁💰

Through this fun activity children explored imaginative play, learned about seasonal food, compared weights and sizes of vegetables, practiced counting, and expanded their money-related vocabulary. Plus, they took turns patiently in the busy checkout line! So many learning opportunities in one activity!💡

Brentford children were working on fine motor skills using something so simple: coloured water, recycled bottle lids, and tweezers! 🎨 The children loved it and it was amazing to see how much fun they had while doing such an amazing learning!
