Hi! My name is Chamille, the branch manager at Katey’s house in Ham.
In the last 16 years of my career in childcare and education, I have strived to gain opportunities to consolidate my Level 3 in Child Care qualification. Enhancing my knowledge and experiences in caring for children aged 3 months to 5 years from various backgrounds, and building amazing work partnership with parents, carers, and colleagues.
Seeing first hand where access to good education and resources was difficult, I valued the importance of creating a warm, positive, family orientated and effective environment at an early stage, where children can thrive and feel valued, secure, and cared for. This is my purpose and passion to create a positive impact on children. To develop their sense of self by learning basic skills, independence, and confidence. Supporting each child to be the best version of themselves, free to dream for the future. As the saying goes ‘No matter where you’re from, your dreams are valid.’
In my personal time, I enjoy travelling, exploring cultures and language. I also enjoy singing and spending time with my family and friends.
