Hello, I’m Martina, I have been working in the childcare sector for the past 10 years during which time I’ve gained a CACHE Level 3 qualification in childcare along with a large variety of related courses. I firmly believe in continuing my learning and development to gain better outcomes for myself, the team, and the children.
During my childcare career, I have worked in a variety of roles across all age groups, I love to watch the children flourish, watching them grow and learn through all the stages. I am passionate about creating amazing learning opportunities and outcomes for children as they learn through play.
Being a mother of two myself, I believe in a strong parent partnership to support children and building a solid foundation for learning.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family, walking and exploring the natural world.
I feel honoured to be part of a team that not only takes pride in offering high levels of care but also at providing rich, fun, and engaging environments that allow our children to independently make choices, explore, learn and develop.
